Meet Founder/CEO Brandi Ratliff APRN FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Brandi Ratliff is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to advancing the emotional and mental well-being of women and families throughout Louisiana.
Brandi founded A.R.I.S.E. Health & Wellness with a deep calling to support and uplift women facing life’s unique challenges — from emotional trauma, anxiety, and depression to motherhood transitions, identity struggles, and stress from balancing career, family, and faith.
Her mission is rooted in faith and compassion. Brandi believes mental health care should heal the mind, uplift the spirit, and restore identity and purpose. She creates a safe, culturally sensitive, and spiritually grounded space where women feel seen, valued, and empowered to rise.
At A.R.I.S.E., care is not transactional — it is transformational. Brandi partners with her clients to help them break cycles, rebuild confidence, and discover resilience through evidence-based care, trauma-informed practices, and whole-person healing.
Her calling is simple: serve with excellence, lead with compassion, and walk alongside women as they step boldly into a life that is whole, healed, and divinely purposed.
